Every little body is unique — and deserves the chance to move, play, and participate in daily life with confidence.

At Little Bodies Therapy, we support children of all abilities through warm, play-based physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and exercise physiology.

Our team works closely with families to build meaningful, functional skills through evidence-informed therapy that feels like fun. Together, we help children achieve the goals that matter most - big, small, and everything in between.

Our Philosophy
and Approach

Playful. Purposeful.
Family-centred.
Evidence-informed.

At the heart of Little Bodies Therapy is a simple belief: children learn best when they feel safe, understood, and engaged. That’s why our approach blends play-based activities with functional, goal-directed therapy; supporting your child in ways that feel natural, motivating, and connected to real life. Here’s what guides us:

  • You know your child best. We partner with families, working together to set meaningful goals and celebrate each milestone along the way.

  • When therapy feels like play, children explore more, try more, and thrive more. We embed goals into games, movement, and creative activities that spark curiosity and confidence.

  • We blend current paediatric research with meaningful, functional approaches - ensuring every session is grounded in best-practice therapy with a focus on mobility, regulation, strength, motor learning, and participation

  • Our Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Exercise Physiologists work together to create integrated plans - and we’re always happy to collaborate with teachers, support workers, or other therapists to ensure continuity of care.

  • We celebrate the many ways children move, think, feel, and connect. Our therapy respects each child’s communication style, sensory needs, and autonomy.
