Meet the Team

Rebecca Conti

Occupational Therapist

Bec is a dedicated occupational therapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) (Honours) from Curtin University. She began her career working across acute and rehabilitation hospital settings with adults, where she developed strong clinical reasoning skills and a deep appreciation for functional, goal-directed therapy. During her university placements and honours research focusing on children with cerebral palsy, Bec discovered her passion for paediatrics and supporting children with complex physical needs.

Bec is passionate about helping children build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills through therapy that is engaging, meaningful, and tailored to each child’s unique strengths and goals. She values a family-centred and collaborative approach, recognising the importance of empowering parents and caregivers with practical strategies that can be embedded into daily routines. Bec is particularly interested in supporting children to develop functional skills that enhance participation at home, school, and within their community.

Outside of work, Bec enjoys beach days, travelling, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
