Meet the Team

Tara O’Driscoll

Occupational Therapist

Tara is a passionate paediatric occupational therapist who loves supporting children to develop new skills, build confidence and gain independence in everyday life. She graduated from Curtin University with a Master of Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Health Science.

Tara has experience working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and communities. During her three months volunteering in Zambia, she supported parents of children with disabilities, deepening her appreciation for inclusive, culturally sensitive practice and the importance of empowering families. She also has experience supporting older adults experiencing mental health challenges, which has shaped her holistic approach to promoting participation in meaningful daily activities.

Tara values building trusting relationships with children and their families, taking the time to understand each child's unique strengths, interests and goals. She aims to create a positive and engaging therapy environment where children can learn, grow and develop their skills through meaningful activities and play.

In her spare time, Tara loves travelling (34 countries and counting!), snowboarding, swimming, scuba diving and spending time with her family, especially playing with her two nieces.
